Who doesn’t own a Tangle Teezer hairbrush? A curiosity driven purchase (£1.10 from Amazon), Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is an interesting tool; I like it. However, I do have a few issues. Firstly, the handle of Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is clunky. It is too bulky, making it hard to hold and use. I was forced to use it in the same manner as the original Tangle Teezer hairbrush. Unfortunately, this is not the only issue. Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush strips your hair of product. I attempted to detangle my conditioned hair and most of the conditioner ended up on the hairbrush. Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is best used on dry product-free hair.
To my surprise, Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush thoroughly detangled my kinky curly hair with minimal hair loss/breakage. I was initially nervous about the many tiny teeth but they are very soft and flexible. Whilst I am impressed, Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is a tool I can most definitely live without. Also, Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is pretty hard to clean. I prefer to use it to detangle my dirty hair prior shampooing so I have to clean it with every use. This will be a chore. Overall, Tangle Teezer The Ultimate Professional Finishing Hairbrush is great but it is not a must have. If you can find it on sale (like I did), purchase it; I’m sure you will like it.
